$1.3 million 'Cuda
Now this is something that I knew was worth money, but didn't know it was worth this much.
This is a 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda that is listed for sale at $1,299,900. It only has 2,010 miles on it and is obviously all original. Powered by a twin-four barrel 426ci which makes approximately 425hp mated to a three-speed. Dana 60 axle, Sure Grip differential, and 4.10 gears - perfect for the drag strip. This is also very highly spec'd out: Quote:
1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda With Only 2k Miles Is Cool, But Is It $1.2 Million Cool? https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-vPYRU021p...cB/s1600/b.jpghttps://2.bp.blogspot.com/-bQr2WXkT4...cB/s1600/8.jpghttps://3.bp.blogspot.com/-mdhvQ0CzU...B/s1600/10.jpg |
As much as I love that thing, I'd rather buy something like this that has been pre-restored and then re-re-build it to make it my own and put a huge motor in there with some turbos. This one only costs $45k

Looking at something like this perhaps...? ;)
572ci and 800hp. Not turbo'd but it doesn't look to be like it's on spray either. Imagine strapping a procharger to that? |
Lovely, I would love to have the yellow one for $45k as well. I just have a thing for classics more than for recent cars, they too epic!
